  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.

  • The file received is corrupted, inaccessible, or incorrect, and our support team is unable to provide a working version.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

  • Failure to use or benefit from the product after access has been granted.

⚠️ Cancellations

Since digital files are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, orders cannot be canceled once the purchase is completed and access has been granted.
If you made a payment by mistake, please contact us immediately — we can review it only if the files have not yet been accessed or downloaded.


🏦 Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) within 5–7 working days.
You do not need to take additional action in such cases.
