📦 Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on PRDCTIV.com are digital in nature and are delivered electronically.
After completing a successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased files via:

  • An automatic download link displayed on the order confirmation page, and

  • A download email sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You will not receive any physical package, as our products are delivered in digital format only (PDFs, templates, and other files).

⏱️ Delivery Timeframe

Digital downloads are generally available immediately after payment confirmation.
In some cases (for example, network delays or payment-gateway processing), the delivery email may take up to 10 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact our support team.

🔒 Order Confirmation

Once your payment is processed successfully, an order confirmation email will be sent immediately.
This confirmation includes your order details and secure access link to your digital files.

🌍 International Customers

We currently offer digital delivery worldwide.
However, all payments are processed in INR (₹) via trusted payment partners such as Razorpay and Shopify Payments.

⚠️ Failed or Delayed Payments

If your transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is usually refunded automatically by your payment provider within 5–7 business days.
In such cases, please contact your bank or payment gateway directly, or reach out to us with proof of payment so we can assist.

🛑 Incorrect Email Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address at checkout.
PRDCTIV cannot resend digital access links if the email provided is invalid.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@prdctiv.com before requesting a refund.
